I’m a huge fan of bold and smoky eye makeup, especially if you throw a good glitter into the equation. So when I found a bunch of gorgeous eye glitters on Amazonfor under £2, (most of them being £1.50) I just knew I had to buy them.
The pigmentation is insane, comparable to products from MAC or Nyx pigment pots, they are beautiful! The staying power is also amazing, I wear these glitters on nights out and they do indeed last all night!

Most people don’t really know this about me, but I am a huge bookworm. You’re probably all thinking, Megan have you been living under a rock for the past few months?! The Girl on the Train by Paula Hawkins is a modern thriller with a storyline that could happen to anyone – what if you saw something mysterious on your way to work? Settling down for a 24-hour flight to Australia, Lucy finds a text message on her phone – not from her boyfriend James, as she fondly hopes, but from a woman claiming to have slept with him four times in the past month. Trapped on the plane, she questions everything about her relationship with James. She finally calls him and he reassures her: it was only his mates playing a silly joke. James is a lawyer, persuasive and gorgeous and Lucy adores him. So why, at the wedding in Sydney of her best friend Molly, does she have niggling doubts, and find herself attracted to Molly’s brother-in-law Nathan? **(Sneak peek at the blurb)**
I’ve always been a little bookworm since the age of around 5. I love reading; getting yourself lost in an imaginary world, becoming attached to the characters, I love everything about it.
Paige Toon is an amazing author whom I have loved for many years. In fact, I would actually class her as my favourite author as her stories entice me that much. And as always she never fails to impress!
Many of Paige’s novels feature relatable storylines and “Lucy In The Sky” is no different. Once I started to read it, I couldn’t put it down! I think I read it in around 3 days which is quite a record for me. The storyline is very well written, and it’s witty romance theme will have you in stitches!
I can always relate to her main characters and there is always such a profound romantic aspect to her writing throughout the entire book.
The best thing about Paige Toon’s writing?! She somehow manages to incorporate multiple characters from her other books into every other book! It makes you feel as though everything of her’s that you read is actually a reality as opposed to fiction.
I won’t give away too much as I don’t want to spoil it for those who may actually read this but I will say you will find yourself becoming very attached to the characters. Nathan just seems to good to be true, and the main protagonist Lucy is also a great character who takes you on an excellent journey… if you want a great girly summer read you have to get this – I guarantee you’ll love it and wish it will never end! I highly recommend this read along with all her other novels!!!
