My Pixi GLOW Story

If you’ve read my blog before, then you’ll know just how much I love Pixi Beauty Glow Tonic. The holy grail liquid that will literally have you glowing all summer long, I use it everyday. Pixi Beauty is sold on their website, in Marks and Spencers and on Cult Beauty.

Now, I was extremely excited when last month I went to check my mail and realised I had been gifted a PR package by the lovely people over at Pixi, and to my amazement, it was their collection of new skincare from their glow range.654236db-6b46-4065-865d-904e61e58b65 Continue reading “My Pixi GLOW Story”

A weekend in Chester

This past weekend my boyfriend and I visited Chester for the first time ever. It’s our anniversary today (so if you’re reading this Jose – HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!) and decided to go for a little break to celebrate.51638789_10216358174681301_7276897591361536000_n

We have lived in Liverpool for over a year and have never thought to visit before, but we’re so glad we finally went and explored. Continue reading “A weekend in Chester”

Reflecting on 2018 – travelling, celebrating the big 2-1 and what I want to achieve in 2019

Well hello Megs Little Blog readers… it’s been a hot minute since I last blogged and I have reasons for that!

If I’m honest, I just have been feeling so unmotivated in terms of blogging. In the beginning, I LOVED blogging. I would do it around 3 times a week, and just wrote about anything and everything. But 4 years on, I’m just stuck. Stuck on what to write. Stuck on when to write due to life being super busy. But 2019 is finally here and I’ve promised myself that I WILL get my blog back up and running. I WILL love blogging again, and creating content for people to read and love. So there we have it. I’m going to aim to post every Sunday and then maybe twice a week from there onwards.

I realise that we’re at the end of January, but low and behold, here is my ‘Reflecting on 2018‘ blogpost. Continue reading “Reflecting on 2018 – travelling, celebrating the big 2-1 and what I want to achieve in 2019”

GIBRALTAR

Travelling to new places is always something I love to do, and this summer has been no different.

As some of you may know, this year I went to University and met my boyfriend, Jose. When not at Uni, he lives in Gibraltar, which is a British Overseas Territory south of Spain.

In July, I had the pleasure of going to visit him over there for the first time ever and let me tell you, it was beautiful. Read on to find out more about my trip. Continue reading “GIBRALTAR”

FEELING GOOD IN YOUR OWN SKIN AS TOLD BY A PREVIOUS ACNE SUFFERER

Until I was around 18/19, I hated leaving the house bare faced.

As I used to suffer with acne, I never thought I would ever feel fully comfortable in my own skin, without caking it in layers of makeup. Yup, I used to go out wearing the full sha-bang, even if I was only popping to the supermarket. I used to feel so self concious that people would stare if I had a really bad breakout that day (and my acne was only mild!)

THE CHERRY ON TOP

I love a good quirky tee. Be it a witty slogan or pattern, I think it can make a dull outfit just a little exciting.

I love wearing mini skirts in the summer and pairing it with a basic t-shirt and vans, it really is my go to style.

This blogpost is in collaboration with my best friend Toni, who took some amazing pictures of me at the weekend. She really is a fabulous photographer so if you want to check out more of her work, her instagram is https://instagram.com/tonijwphotography
