I was so excited to go shopping today, purely because I hadn’t been in about 3 weeks. I picked up quite a few things both fashion, makeup and beauty related so I thought I would show you what I bought!
Here is an overview of the things I bought…
First of all I went to Topshop. I love their crop tops for the spring and summer as I think they go with everything and are so cute, so I picked up two (as it was two for £10) one in neon green/yellow and one in pastel pink.
They look amazing with high waisted jeans and I know I’m going to get so much wear out of these over the next couple of months. Buy the pink one here, I’m very sorry but the yellow/green one isn’t on the website! I have been wanting some new jeans for a while, and when I saw these in the Topshop petite section (I am tiny.. Boo!) I knew I just had to have them. Here is a picture of them when I tried them on…
They are from the ‘Jamie’ range and are high waisted, but not as high wasted as the Joni jeans. I love these as they are different to any pair of jeans I’ve ever had. These will look perfect with the two crop tops also.
I then popped into Superdrug as I wanted to pick up Makeup Revolutions ‘The One contour stick’, however they didn’t have it in stock so I was very upset! However I did buy a few other things.
I bought the MUA Pro Brow Kit, as I have a few sparce areas in my brows so I am going to start filling them in. It comes with a powder, a wax and shades to highlight all for £3.50! Such an amazing price for what you get! I personally think it is a dupe for the Benefit Browzings, which can cost you around £20, so you are saving a hell of a lot of money! Then I bought an MUA Blusher, in the shade “Bon Bon”. It is a gorgeous peachy-pink colour which is perfect for the springtime. To say it is only £1 it is very highly pigmented and I recommend this to everyone! Lastly, I had been looking for a highlighter that was similar to Nars Copacabana, as I am currently saving up for that ahha. I was at the Makeup Revolution stand and found this amazing colour called “Pink Lights” which is very very similar to the Nars highlight. It is a gorgeous pale pink with a bit of sparkle in it, and I think it is going to look so pretty on the tops of my cheeks. This was also affordable at £3, which is £20 less than Copacabana.
Lastly, last month Victoria’s Secret were doing a promotion where if you bought something you would get a gift card worth £10, £50, £100 or £500. I had two and I was praying for the £500, but sadly I got £10 on both- which is still good!! I decided to buy two of their body mists, as they smell so refreshing and light which I love in the springtime. I bought “Love Addict” and “Sheer Love“.
They are both so fruity and sweet smelling and I will be spritzing these on me all day every day until summer is over. I love them so much and the lasting power is also very good too. They were both £13 so I had to put £6 towards them myself. How cute is the packaging too?! So gorgeous.
SOOOO… These are the things I picked up today. Let me know in the comments what your favourite thing is, and also let me know any things that you think I should buy for the spring and summer time. Thank you so much for reading, if you enjoyed please like, comment and follow to help support me! Have a lovely weekend guys, love Meg xo
